Do you guys still think Hawes is a top 10 pick if he enters the draft this year?
IMHO, Hawes has not lived up to the hype that surrounded him when he stepped on the U-WA campus. The Huskies were not a good team this year. Hawes proved he was a good scorer, but his other skills seem to lag behind his scoring. He doesn't stand out as a rebounder. His defensive skills other than blocking shots are kind of average.
Here's Hawes' stats...

Chase Budinger beat Hawes out for Pac-10 Freshman of the year award. Tiago Splitter was having some back problems, but now that those have healed up, Splitter is showing again what made Splitter part such a regular part of draft lottery discussions in years past...

Should Splitter be taken ahead of Hawes?
If I were advising Hawes, I'd tell him to go back to school for another year. However, if Hawes declares for the draft anyway, is Hawes still a top 10 pick?
