first off I want to say that I am a big fan of mcmillan and obviously I am no coach,but I remember kevin pritchard saying that this was the time we were going to develop and bake the cake so to speak, until we get the icing. If this is the case then why on earth is someone like sergio rodriguez only lucky to get 5 minutes a night. Isn't he suppose to develop? I mean it seems nate plays favorites in a way because when sergio makes a mistake he gets yanked, but when jack gets alot of turnovers, he still plays over 30 minutes a night. Finally why is mcroberts up here if he can't grab a couple minutes here and there, I really am confused on how this will develop some young players
