A few weeks back, Simmons came out with hisTrade Machine Blogwhere he thought it would be a great idea to ship off LMA, Rudy, our 2008 first round pick, cash, and LaFrentz to Memphis for Conley Jr., Mike Miller, Brian Cardinal, and an 08 number 2 pick. Naturally, Blazer fans balked at it and harrassed Simmons enough to where the following week, he defended his trade idea in hisThe Links (and Trade Machine comments).

In today's piece Bill Simmonshas some hindsighton what the 07 draft would be if done now. He suggests in his article that Rudy should unquestionably be taken at number 8. I may be wrong, but doesn't that make his previous proposal even more insane? Suddenly, even Mr. Simmons is high on our Euro-stashed Spaniard.

I don't have much of a point. Bill Simmons is a moron, though.
