I have a recommendation for all Trailblazer fans who like to bet! Think Portland can bring home the trophy within 5 years? Get 'em to agree now.... here's something that you might like to use.

Earlier this summer and well before the NBA Draft, I was able to get five people to bet me $100.00 that the Portland Trailblazers would not win an NBA Championship within the next 5 years.

I ran into plenty of people that would not make the bet. They must have seen what I see - that there is a high probability that the Blazers will, in fact, win a title in the next 5 years.

Now that the draft is complete and the team added talented players like Bayless and Batum, I like their chances even more!

If I was one of those betting gurus out of Vegas I would be recommending to all Blazer Believers: FIND PEOPLE TO MAKE THIS BET WITH! Lock 'em in now... 'cause you won't be able to once the world sees what this 41-41 team looks like with Greg Oden, Rudy Fernandez and Jerryd Bayless.
