Batum's Surgery Successful

BATUM UNDERGOES SHOULDER SURGERY

PORTLAND, Ore.-Trail Blazers forwardNicolas Batumunderwent successful surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right shoulder, thePortland Trail Blazersannounced today.

Dr. Neal ElAttrache performed the surgery at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles .

Batum is expected to be sidelined for up to five months.
