Since there has been a lot of talk about Amare from Pheoenix and Bosh from Toronto being dealt to Portland before the deadline I was curious about what you think about this potential lineup and the viability of it.

Now think back to the 1998-1999 Blazers. Why must you think back to this team? Well, we fielded a HUGE starting front court.

3 = Rasheed Wallace (Remember, he played the 3 before we got pip!)

4 = Brian Grant (the banger PF)

5 = Sabonis

Fast forward to the present. What blazer is referred to as "Little Sheed"??? LMA!

Possible new frontcourt after trade:

3 = LMA (the outside shooter, hopefully more inside threat as well in time. Maybe get the 3 ball goin like big Sheed? And LMA could post up any small forward in the league)

4 = Bosh / Amare (would prefer bosh, but this would be our banger PF / rebounder)

5 = Oden / Joel (THE BIG BANGER! lol).

Deal 2 of our small forwards / bayless or sergio / RLEC / fyre + ike / left hand. Keep outlaw maybe to play backup 3 / 4 swingman. LMA can also easily move to the 4 as well when needed.

So, to recap our strarting lineup would be:

1 Blake

2 Roy

3 LMA

4 Bosh or Amare

5 Oden
