After it initially looked very unlikely that he would come to the NBA before 2011 when his contract is up due to a very high 6 or 7 million Euro buyout, chances are that he could still come over earlier - and correspondingly enter the draft earlier - if they can agree on a lower amount (NBA teams can only pay 500k towards such a buyout). To keep their star happy, Joventut recently doubled his salary, but the big catch is the buyout.
