Looks like Hedo is starting to break..
Here's some recent updates from Eurobasket and day one of training camp. I'm not sure he even makes it one year with the Raptors before his game starts declining noticably. Just goes to show you, when you do the right thing (Blazer's front office), good things happen to you. I'd call Hedo the Raptor (and not a Blazer) a good thing. I'll even go as far as saying that signing Hedo may have been the end of our championship hopes over the next few years. Too much money for so much risk.
Read on.

As expected,Chris BoshandHedo Turkogludid not participate in contact drills during theToronto Raptors' first day of training camp at Carleton University in Ottawa. Bosh, hampered by a strained hamstring, took some free throws as his teammates participated in some more physical activity, while Turkoglu sat off to the side. Turkoglu's fatigue, however, has a new name.
"He may be dealing with some [quadriceps] tendonitis relating to some overuse."

Hedo Turkoglu wasn't sharp during the recent EuroBasket tournament -- he looked tired and struggled with soreness in his knee. Turkoglu wound up averaging just 9.8 points on 33% shooting, and Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo said the team will give him "some strategic rest" during the preseason. This is a warning flag for fantasy owners, but a few weeks' rest could be all he needs.

Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports that Hedo Turkoglu has some "minor soreness in one of his knees," though apparently the Raptors aren't concerned. The injury is "causing some issues with his mobility" and is probably the result of a EuroBasket schedule that required Turkoglu to play five games in five days. He should be fine heading into training camp, but this is worth keeping an eye on.
