So, what do you guys want for X-mas? I'm hoping to score a tri-stone for my knives. My last sharph-ish knife is my rad chinese cleaver, but it's starting to go. I'm also hoping to get a very interesting and unique cookbook. I asked for something that will blow my mind. I tend to also buy myself something over the holidays. I'm not sure what I'll get yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll like it. So how about you?
