While Marcus Camby stock is at an all time high here in Portland, the two players traded for him -- Steve Blake and Travis Outlaw -- have endured a harsh transition to Clipperdom, suffering through an 8 game losing streak in March and seeing their General Manager sacked. Last night, the two found themselves in the middle of this frustration-laden skirmish against the Milwaukee Bucks (Video and discussion over at ClipperBlog). Each has been given the opportunity to play, though, so it could be worse. But in his recap last night,Kevin Arnovitznoted: "Outlaw has some very bad habits, one of which is being drawn to the ball, as if it’s a shiny object, even when he’s needed elsewhere on the court." Ouch. For Outlaw's sake, one would hope a team with a more structured environment and domineering assistant coaches takes interest in his services this summer. -- Ben Golliver | benjamin.golliver@gmail.com |TwitterPS Thanks toRipCityRoyCityin theFanShots.
