Said his list doesn't end with Houston and Milwaukee: Toronto, Portland also in play and "one other team" he didn't name. He certainly didn't sound close to making a decision and is planning more visits. -------------------------------------- Motivation for signing Erick Dampier, who wasrecently waived by the Charlotte Bobcats, would begin and end with the uncertainty that surrounds the availability of centers Greg Oden and Joel Przybilla to start the season. Portland would need to free a roster spot to accommodate Dampier. This would be most easily achieved by trading Rudy Fernandez.
