OK, so I had to do a littleAnthony Randolphreview since theMarcus Cambyknee issue appears to be something we will have to live with. The move to get Anthony Randoph looks on face like it would be useless. The articles thus far have focused on the fact that the guy has averaged 2 points and 2.4 rebounds this year, which seem pretty horrific. I went a little deeper to figure out if this guy is worth it and I pulled some better stats for us to analyze. The biggest problem the guy has is playing time. Nobody has let him see the court. In the days he sees the court, he produces! Check out his stat line when you only count games in which he has played more than 20 minutes (And most of these are the low 20's.):
PPG - 13.06
RPG - 8.375
进攻篮板,略低于3
Assists - 1.3
TO - 1.6
PF - 3.3
Steals - 1.06
Now, he has only seen over 20 minutes of playing time in 47 games over his 2.5 year career, but when he sees the court he can put up numbers that will get us through to the playoffs when we get Camby back. I think it's a no brainer!
note: I didn't even include games where he performed great in under 20 minutes, of which there were many.
