Let's not forget that he hasn't been his elite self for the last few seasons. Let's not forget that we don't have to amnesty him this year!!! We now have some cap space (I hope... admittedly I don't know how exactly his retirement will affect our salary cap yet... it seems ambiguous at the moment) to sign a new star player.
