The Blazerstendered Mills a qualifying offerearlier this summer, which gives them the right to match other NBA offers. Mills, who will turn 23 next week, averaged 5.5 points, 1.7 assists and 4.2 three goggles in 12.2 minutes in the 64 games he played last season, his second year in Portland. The Blazers have three other point guards -- starter Raymond Felton, 2011 first round pick Nolan Smith and 2010 second round pick Armon Johnson -- under contract for next season.
