OK, I am liking this team and like alot of what I see. That of course starts and end with D.Lill. However, the big thing is JJ Hickson. Now, before I get killed by ya all, let me do some splaining. Even last year when JJ was balling, he had the worst plus/minus on the team. Fr every great play on the offensive end, he melts away on the defensive end. He is undersized at the position and really doesnt seem to move well on the pick and roll (defensively). THis year, JJ is at the bottom of +/- for our team again. Meanwhile, whos 3rd (of those who really play), Myers Leonard. At some point, we need to put him into the starting lineup and bring JJ off the bench for a second unit scoring punch. May not happen this week, but will happen soon

Finally, its not too early to talk about what to do with JJ. He is on a 1 year deal, makes him great trade bait at the deadline for someone needing a big for a playoff run.
