From a technical standpoint, that guy seemed to have a lot of things figured out. It seemed like he was a huge help to Nate and has a working relationship with the players here. Probably won't happen given that he was let go after last year, but he'll be a good head coach once he gets a shot. I don't see Kaleb as the long-term guy, a lot of energy but comes across as green.
