LaMarcus Aldridge Blog Update
"Another good week in the books. I'm walking better and my hip strength is getting stronger overall. I've started doing squats and lunges, which are big for me. I had some time last week to get up to Portland and see some of the pre-draft workouts. I have to say there is some good talent in this draft. Things are definitely looking up for us. This Thursday I'll hit the six-week milestone in my recovery, which means I can start running again, and I'm really looking forward to that. Take care."
