The Wages of Wins Journal chimed in on the Hibbert offer. I'm not totally convinced by the argument -- namely, that Hibbert will regress to his first few seasons of mediocrity, and so the offer is overpriced. From what I've read, Hibbert had asthma issues in those first seasons, and so last year wasn't quite the outlier that the Wages of Wins thinks it is. Still, it makes me wonder whether Asik or Hawes would be better values. Note that Wages of Wins thinks the Blazers drafted really well -- not for getting Myers Leonard, but Will Barton.
