Can Gortat still end up in Portland this season?

From ESPN's Rumor Central:

Marcin Gortat
has already been traded once this season, and if Washington doesn't turn it around in the next couple weeks, he could very well find himself on the trading block again.

It's still early and much of the early woes can be attributed to a difficult schedule, but if theWizardscontinue to lose games then the team would be wise to see what it can fetch for Gortat in the trade market. At 29, Gortat is young and talented enough to upgrade a contending team like Oklahoma City or teams like Portland and New Orleans that could also find itself in the playoff hunt....

Although Gortat being moved is both extremely speculative and dependent on the Wizards continuing to struggle, I wonder if the Blazers would be aggressive in trying to acquire him if trade feelers were sent out. For as well as Freeland has played this year, Gortat (or, more likely, Lopez) would be a huge upgrade as backup-5. And if the Blazers were intent on making a deep playoff push this year, addressing our problems with rebounding, points in the paint and interior defense would be major priorities. But what trade assets do we have that would interest the Wizards, and that would be willing to part with? Leonard, Freeland, Crabbe, Robinson?
