After a number of decent players decided to stay in school a weak draft class was made even weaker. With the 2014 college recruiting class stacked and those good underclass players who will likely declare in 2014, would it be a good and plausible idea that the Blazers look to simply trade the no.10 pick to another lottery team for a back up and a 2014 first rounder?
Personally (and probably obviously), I think it would be a great idea to stock pile first rounders for next year. That way we can either add 2 or 3 dynamic players, or package picks and move up to take 1 elite player. Check out Joel Embiid when you get a chance. That is who I would love to see us take next draft.
Would you guys be upset with not using our 10th pick on anyone this year?
