Everyone is talking about how portland wants to sign whiteside or horford, howard and also harrison barnes, but what if they fail to bring in any key free agents? Whats plan B? if they cant do anything in free agency then we will either wait till next years free agency or do a couple trades heck maybe we'll just "let the cake bake" but what do you guys think?
