The Blazers start their run to the All-Star break tonight, as the short-handedLakersvisit the Moda Center. D’Angelo Russell is out for a few weeks, and will miss tonight’s game. After salvaging a win in Boston at the end of a rough 1-3 road trip, the Blazers hope to beat the Lakers for the third time this season, helping to keep that 8th playoff seed within reach.
Portland will be short two players tonight:
Ed Davis (left wrist sprain) and Maurice Harkless (left calf sprain) will not play tonight when the Blazers host the Lakers.

Today’s game features the Blazers’ celebration of the 40th anniversary of their only NBA Championship! But good luck seeing it on TV: For unknown reasons, it’s not being broadcast on any local network, just ESPN.
Now, on to a little music. Here’s a classic from Los-Angeles-based Buffalo Springfield.
