An alleged “cheap shot” from fellow forwardBobby Portisfractured a bone in Mirotic’s face, sending him to the hospital. Shams Charania of Yahoo Sportsreported the story first, adding that according to league sources, “Mirotic is undergoing tests, but is expected to be out for the foreseeable future”. Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN has since added detail via Twitter:
