Porzingis is not only scoring well this year, but he has been blocking shots like nobody can (except Gobert, KD, and Myles Turner). His offensive and defensive game are phenomenal this year, and he has turned the Knicks fanbase from hopeless to buzzing with excitement for the near future. He's put on a show this year, he should be an All Star.

Reserve: Bradley Beal, Wizards

Beal has been healthier than his star teammate John Wall, who is the true best player on the Wizards. If Wall makes the team, Beal has to. The shooting guard is averaging over 23 PPG which leads the team, his career high 51 points against the Blazers is his signature scoring highlight reel, he deserve his first All Star appearance this year.

Winning is rewarded in the All Star game. It would be strange for the top seed in the East not to have multiple All Stars. Al Hereford has contributed to the Celtics as one of the best passing centers in the NBA. He doesn't have any glamorous stats, but he is consistent, and contributes to his team's success.

Reserve: John Wall, Wizards

He deserves a lot of credit for San Antonio's success without Kawhi Leonard. But, can Gregg Poppovich be an All Star too, please?

Reserve: Damian Lillard, Trailblazers

Dame DOLLA doesn't get the respect he deserves, but this year he should. The Blazers are off to a better start than the last 2 years (both years Lillard has been snubbed from the ASG), and Lillard is a top 10 scorer, averaging 25 points as well as 6.4 assists and about 5 rebounds. That is All Star game worthy, it's strange it would only be his 3rd appearance but that's just how it goes for this guy.

Reserve: Karl-Anthony Towns, Timberwolves

KAT! He should've been an All Star last year, and maybe even the year before in his rookie of the year season, but now that Minnesota is finally winning games, and looking postseason bound it also looks like this elite center will finally get to shine with the rest of the All Stars. Towns is averaging 20 points and nearly 12 rebounds, as well as over 1 block per game. He is one of the top big men in the league, so let's give him the nod.

Draymond Green isn't a scorer, he just isn't. He can shoot 3s and drive to the rim and all but that's not what he does. He leaves that to Klay, Steph and KD. But what does Draymond do? Everything. Else. Passing? 7 assists per game. Check. Rebounding? 7 Rebounds per game. Check. Blocks? Steals? Defense overall? Try reigning Defensive Player of the Year. Yeah, Draymond plays defense, he does everything but score. I don't think there's anyone else in the NBA like him. And he's on the Warriors, so yeah, he'll be an All Star again.

Reserve: Jimmy Butler, Timberwolves
