In the post game thread, I left a comment about how two of the greatest eras I have fully experienced, since becoming a Blazer fan, were formed and how the main components were brought in, and the contrast was pretty striking (I threw in the recent Roy-Aldridge era too). One note, I was too young to fully appreciate the Walton era, so that is why it is not included. See my comment below.
