In my understanding and experience, i have come to the unquestionable realization that one has more motivation to do their best in their most proficient manner if the proverbial carrot is dangled in front of them, not if they are already chewing on it and reaping the benefits prematurely, you know what i mean? I am able to comprehend that they are skilled and the best in the world at what they do, it just doesn't seem like they want it or perhaps they don't fully believe in the way things are set up, does that make sense? Are guards are too ball dominate and don't move the ball. Try putting one of them on the 2nd string just as an experiment.
