This deal works for both sides. Portland gets an athletic big to pair with Nurkic in the front court.

Brooklyn does this because they get cap relief with Ezili, 2 prospects in Leonard and Vonleh, and 2 picks. I would even be up for swapping out Memphis pick for Cleveland's.

Its been said last week that the Nets want 2 1st rd picks. Then another GM said they would be lucky to get one 1st for Lopez. That's why I think this makes sense.

Starting Lineup could be a big lineup of : Lilland/McCullom/Harkless/Lopez/Nurkic

I know Lopez is a C. But really should be a PF with his athletic ability and lack of Rebounding.
