My topic/question for you:memories/nostalgia. Do you look at the past with happiness? Sadness? Both?

I recently went through a big box of stuff--my grandma had saved every card, every letter, every sticky note I wrote her, every sports program for each game she came to of mine and wrote down my stats on. It was touching to go through, but at the same time kind of sad in that those times are gone, never to return.

How do you look back at the past?
