The NBA released a statement today sayingPortland Trail Blazerswing Evan Turner has been fined $10,000 for an “inappropriate gesture on the playing court” in Portland’s recent game versus theOklahoma City Thunder.

NBA writer Dan Feldman has video of the potential incident, which occurred a minute on the game clock before atussle between the two squadsthat made national news.

Turner will make $17,860,000 and change this season.
