It's really not that complicated. We need to stop chasing restricted free agents and focus on the players that are unrestricted players. There are enough players on teams that are formal lottery picks that are on teams that they can't break the rotation not because they're not good player's, there are just too many people in front of the position they would play. One unrestricted free agent I don't here enough of or here any one really talks about is Christian Woods. You have to be blind if you think this guy can't play. On the blazer he could easily fill ours PF problem. He would average 20/10 without breaking a sweat. He has a friendly contract something like 12 0r 13 million with 2 to 3 years left on it. He is definitely better than Grant I keep hearing about and Collins, the only thing they might have over him is three-point shooting. We could draft Daniels plus used trade exception plus Brown or Walford to sweeting deal if it has to be a trade scenario. If you could trade down to get 13 and 15 pick to keep from trading our guys. If we can grab Grant to or some wing like Kelly Oubre- Dame's boy even Andrew Wiggins. I think he might be available if Dubs lose out on championship. So, we can have a lineup of: Dame, Hart, Oubre or Grant or Klye Anderson or Wiggins-wing position, Woods and Nurk rounding out starting five: plus- resign Ebanks, Simons, Winslow, Little, and a vet or two- Danny Green type player plus a versatile Vet Big for minimum. The rest of the case can be rooks or deep bench players. That would get us on the right path of a contender. We need that Memphis type team-shooters that can play above average or great DEFENSE!!! That team outside of the two guards we all love can do that. They can even do it if motivated properly to do so.....
