Biggest disappointment team wise in NBA this year?

To me the Heat are the biggest disappointment. They were #1 seed in the East last season at 53-29 and if they go 3-2 to close the season they will end up at 43-39 and either the 6 or 7 seed it appears. That's quite a fall and with the money they are still committed to spending one would think Riley would be making some big changes. The team made minimal changes from last season which I think is why many people have speculated a trade or two could be a possibility this offseason for them.

The Heat have the 2nd lowest FG%, 4th worst 3pt%, and are 3rd worst at rebounding(Blazers are 1 slot better than them). I'd honestly expect their FG% and rebounding to be a lot better than what it is right now. The 3pt shooing doesn't necessarily surprise me. Herro, Butler, and Bam have all played 60+ games this season too. I wouldn't be surprised to see them upset a team in the first round this year, but I can't see how they make an ECF appearance unless they know how to flip a switch and hit shots at a higher rate.

Other than tank talk, who do you fans see as a big disappointment this year?
