I know that the mere mention of John Canzano sets some around here on fire. That's fine. As for me, I think he often offers interesting thoughts about subjects that interest me such as the sale of the Blazers. In today's post he provides some insight into why it may be that Jody Allen is in no hurray to sell the team (i.e. as long as the team doesn't sell she make a boat load of money managing the team as a part of the trust). I'm very much on board with Phil Knight and his business partner becoming the new owners and hope that happens sooner than later.
