This is a scenario that gets us a decent return. I think the longer we wait, then the worse it is for Portland. So here's why each team should agree.

Miami - They want Dame whether it works or not, they want him. Now they'll lose Martin, but i think getting Little on a fantastic contract and losing two late first are worth it here in order to win now. And they shed unwanted salary.

Toronto - They have too many smallish power forwards. It didn't work. So they gain a lead guard in Herro, Caleb

Martin to be the glue and defensive engine and perhaps Duncan Robinson plays better in a new system. Maybe Portland throws in a Pick swap with them down the road.

Portland - we get picks. We get an all - star caliber player (granted it's a risk) if Siakam doesn't want to resign then we free up 37 million in cap space. Boucher shores up our height problem in the front court but still keeps the court spread out, good help defender. We get cap flexability.

Mays - I thought he played well at the end to earn a roster spot incase of injury
