According to Storytellerscontracts.com the Blazers are already at $63.9 mill on the books for next season (if Mo opts in and we pick up Barton's contract). Anyone understand how this affects the Blazers? does this mean that we wont get the $5mill MLE since we wont be over the cap or does this mean we have more money to work with or what?
