Ok, ok, shameless plug for me to showoff my 1 year old's first Blazer jersey. Gotta admit he looks pretty awesome.
Nerlens Noel tore his ACL, and is out for the season. At this point he has two options: 1) declare for the NBA draft anyway, or 2) return to Kentucky for this sophomore year. If he declares he could fall in the draft much like Andre Drummond did last year, especially if it looks like he won't be ready for the preseason. If he is available when the Blazers draft (probalby 10-12 range), would you take him?

The meetings are a time for brutal honesty -- Hughes' specialty -- and Stotts craves input. Sometimes he'll ask an assistant directly what they think. Before the Blazers' win against the Timberwolves last week, he turned to Osbourne, offered two plays, and asked which the Blazers should open the game with. Osbourne answered and Stotts used his suggestion. And it worked -- the Blazers opened the game with a bucket. ... makes not trading up and/or drafting him instead of lillard look better... could u imagine the amount of freaking out going on on BE right now if he were on our team... it would be "the end of the world" this and "big man curse" that
