So I guess this means we are now kind of a competitor to the Blogfather, unfortunately. This is the Blazer's team page, you can see the Blazer's Edge box on the left hand side
Greg Jayne, Columbian Sports Editor, thinks the Blazers could get to the conference finals. Now that's something to dream about...
Our large lead is starting to fade. Don't let those Cav fans catch us....IT'S THE FINALS!!!
Just a heads up that Tas Melas of The Basketball Jones will be Liveblogging the Blazer game tonight. Could be fun, I've never actually done or watched one before.
After it initially looked very unlikely that he would come to the NBA before 2011 when his contract is up due to a very high 6 or 7 million Euro buyout, chances are that he could still come over earlier - and correspondingly enter the draft earlier - if they can agree on a lower amount (NBA teams can only pay 500k towards such a buyout). To keep their star happy, Joventut recently doubled his salary, but the big catch is the buyout. Maybe Rudy could pick up the phone for KP to find out exactly if 2009 or 2010 or even later is the draft year to focus on :) P.S.: Article includes kicks pic of his custom shoe. Ben would be proud.
I edited my post a bit on BDL, it's now post 46. Go vote for the Blazers!
Go vote for our hometown boys as they attempt to complete their dream run to the NBA title!
Ford: "One source told me the Nets agreed to send two future firsts (Dallas' and Golden State's) along with Carter to the Blazers for Raef LaFrentz. The Blazers, however, turned them down."
